Q: Where is J. Allison Designs located?

• A: We are conveniently located at 16501-D Northcross Drive in Huntersville, NC, right off I-77, serving Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, and Mooresville.

Q: Do you have minimum order quantities for embroidery?

• A: No! We offer no minimums on custom embroidery orders.

Q: Can I drop off my own garments for embroidery or engraving?

• A: Yes, give us a call at (704) 451-7791 to discuss your specific items and materials.

Q: How does this all work?

• A:  Once your account has been established with us, you simply drop your items off Monday thru Friday, between 9AM and 3PM. After we pick your order up, we will reach out to you via email to clarify colors, location, etc. You will be provided a digital mock-up to approve priof to production. Once your order is complete,  you will receive an email invoice with the drop off time. Links to pay will be included on the invoice. Simply pick up your completed items anytime Monday thru Friday, between 9AM and 3PM.
