Referral Program

Word of mouth and personal referrals are the best form of advertising. Nothing makes us happier than when a customer tells their friends about our services. Our Thank You for that advertising is a credit of up to 10% of their initial product order which you can use for future orders.

Credits are accrued based on the following:

• Credit is given upon the first completed/paid order of a new customer you refer.
• All purchased product items are eligible for referral credits.
• Customer supplied items that are embroidered or engraved are not eligible for referral credits. 
• Referral credit is not eligible on digitizing/set-up charges, shipping, taxes, or admin fees.
• In the event a referral is given by multiple customers, the first customer to give the referral receives the credit.

Credits can be used on the following:

• Up to 50% of purchased product item(s).
• Up to 100% of embroidered or engraved customer supplied items.
• Credits cannot be used for digitizing/set-up charges, shipping, taxes, or admin fees.
• Credits are not transferable and do not expire.
